Amy was recommended to me by a gym buddy after I some calf, ankle and shoulder issues. In addition she worked on my overall mobility challenges.
I had a total of six one hour sessions. Amy was always very engaging, educating me around ways in which to improve my overall wellbeing, supporting it with follow up WhatsApp programmes of exercises.
Despite the associated discomfort that goes alongside sorting out my calfs Amy always forewarned me getting me to take a deep breath!!
I have also recommended her to others following my treatment, which I am pleased to say has proved successful to date.
I have know Amy since school we reconnected via social media last year. Amy reached out and introduced me to Arbonne and their 30 day plan program. Not only is this plan resets our minds on what we think is healthy for us Amy guides you through it all giving help and advise. The products I was introduced to are amazing. She has also introduced me to hydrotherm therapy and meditation which has blown me away. Last year my mind set was completely off personally and professionally I felt like I couldn’t move and was never going to either. Amy has changed all of this just by being there guiding me and helping me see my issues from a different perspective.
